This request will be emailed to our team. Within 24 hours, we will provide an estimated production time and shipping fee for your products.

If you wish to return an item, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your order request, we will promptly provide you with an estimated production time and shipping cost for your items. For all domestic orders within Indonesia, we use a fixed shipping rate and partner with JNE, J&T, or Puspasari for delivery.
