To Get Started:
Send us an e-mail to hello@edition.co.id providing as many details of what you want to source. Include the following: 

• Written description
• Dimensions and sizing
• Material specification, including colour and finishing details
• Images and references
• Design sketches and/or technical drawings
• Target pricing and estimated first order quantity

We will evaluate your request and one of the team will be in contact within a few days. If you don't have all the above details, don't worry, we can work with you to achieve the design

How it works:
Step 1. Product design, development and pricing. 

We work with you to develop the desired design. This process includes developing an item card with all technical data and specifications, including packing standards. Once all the details are collected we can provide an accurate pricing quote. 

Step 2. Sampling 
Once the design has been finalised and the price agreed we will then move into the sampling phase, this will ensure the desired form and finishing is achieved.

Step 3. Production 
Once the final sample has been confirmed by the client and the production timeline agreed a purchase order will be placed.  

Step 4. Quality Control 
Our quality control team will monitor the production of all your running orders. This includes periodic checks to ensure that all items are manufactured to our high-quality standards and are meeting the production timeline. A final QC inspection ensures that only goods that meet all quality checks are packed for shipping.   

Step 5. Packaging Standards 
We understand that for all of us the customer experience is a long journey with many critical factors. This includes attention to detail when it comes to packaging standards. Sufficient packaging not only ensures that the goods arrive at their final home in perfect order, but are also well presented. Where practical and wherever possible we will endeavour to use environmentally friendly and easy-to-dispose packaging for all our production. 

Step 6. Logistics
We work with several trusted logistics partners who are professionals when it comes to exporting goods from Indonesia. You will be engaging with their services, however, we will manage the orders, ensuring the goods are handled with care and efficiency.
