Shipping policy

To honor our commitment to meticulous craftsmanship and small-scale production, all items on our website are made to order to ensure the highest quality. While we do hold stock for some items, the majority are custom-made upon request. We understand you're eager to receive your pieces, but rest assured, we will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the process. When placing an order we will give you an estimated production time and thus delivery time.

The time a package takes to get to you depends on your location, but normally 1-2 weeks after shipping within Indonesia.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENT RATES 

For all domestic orders, we use a fixed shipping rate cost to ship our items locally with JNE, J&T or Puspasari to all our customers living in Indonesia.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email confirming your order placement, notifying you that your order is being processed. This email will also include a shipment confirmation and a tracking number.

Occasionally, an order may be divided into multiple packages, resulting in two or more tracking numbers. Consequently, some items may not ship together or on the same day. This can happen for several reasons: items are created from different warehouse locations, some items are in stock while others are on pre-order, weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office or courier.

LOST OR MISSING GOODS

Edition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. While we will do everything we can to help recover a package, the increasing prevalence of online retail has led to more frequent package theft. If a package is marked as delivered, we cannot file an insurance claim, as this is considered "proof of delivery." Delivery services do not assume responsibility for packages once they are delivered to the specified address.
If your package is missing but the tracking information indicates it is still in transit, we can file a claim to locate the package or receive compensation for the lost merchandise and shipping costs. In such cases, we will refund your order. Please be aware that during certain times of the year or during weather advisories, packages may be delayed in transit for more than 10 days. If you need assistance, please contact us, and we will begin working with the delivery service to locate your package.
