The Jordy Teak Bench is part of our reclaimed teak collection. Rustic by nature the Jordy teak bench is hand-crafted with traditional joints. Each piece beautifully exhibits the inherent markings and variations that make salvaged timber so beautiful. Constructed from reclaimed Indonesian teak which is hundreds of years old. Teak is an extremely hard wearing wood. Due to the nature of being constructed from reclaimed teak each product will have its own individual characteristics. Comes flat packed, some assembly required.

Reclaimed teak
Our reclaimed teak wood is sourced in Indonesia exclusively for Edition before being crafted into our products. This particularly durable wood has been used for centuries and the stories which come with each piece of recycled teak are rich and diverse. Repurposing the wood is a detailed process as it often comes to our workshops with the original nails and paint in place. The craftsmen at Edition manually sort, sand and rework each piece of wood, retaining it's character and unique textures. With it's exquisite finish, this collection is sure to last for generations.
